In my opinion a great relationship between a teacher and scholars is built on a strong basis of good understanding, observance, and trust. To effectively evaluate learners' needs and wants, the teacher needs to initially understand learners and where they are originating from. The instructor needs to be the first to open the doors of good communication, as not all students and moms and dads will reveal that effort. She/he must also be willing to communicate her/his personal expectations to the students; having a genuine attitude towards her/his students and demonstrating an interest for their study and their lives is necessary when doing this. In case the teacher and trainees realise each other's goals and perspectives, the building elements of mutual respect are established. The teachers and trainees look for and should have trust as human beings and personalities; teachers also look for trust in the work-related sense but should take care of how they set about it. As an instructor, I will remain in a position of management, but I do not wish to be an authoritarian or despot. I will also have the opportunity to be a good friend and a trusted person for much of my students, but I will not step over the border of professionalism.
